We do not operate an affiliate marketing program.

- Account info: name/username, email, phone (if you provide it), country/city (if you provide it)
- Optional B2B profile info: company name, role, business details (if you add them)
- Listings and Shop content: text, images, pricing, descriptions, tags, category, location fields (city/zip), and post type (Announcement/Seeking/Looking/Flash Offer)
- Support requests and communications you send to us
B) Data collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps
- Security signals: fraud/abuse indicators, rate-limit events, and related logs
3) How we use your data
We use data to:
- provide and operate the Service (accounts, listings, search, Shop pages),
- enforce plan limits (posting limits, contact access limits, Save Creator limits, Shop limits),
- prevent spam, fraud, and abuse and keep the marketplace safe,
- improve performance and user experience,
- provide customer support and handle reports.
4) Save Creator and contact access
- Save Creator stores your saved creator/company profiles and/or saved connections inside Clariqs.
- Contact access may be limited by your plan. We may log usage to enforce limits and prevent abuse.
5) Sharing and disclosures (limited)
We may share limited data only when necessary to operate Clariqs:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, security, email delivery, analytics if enabled) who process data only under our instructions
- Legal compliance when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
- Public content: listings you publish may be visible to other users and/or the public depending on your settings
We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing.
6) Ads and tracking (plan-dependent)
Free and Silver plans may display ads. If we use analytics or advertising technologies that rely on cookies or similar tools, we provide controls where required by law and honor applicable consent requirements.
7) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including operating the Service, enforcing limits, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to legal and security requirements.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and keep your account secure.
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, restrict processing, and withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

11) Where the Service is not offered
