Clariqs is a two-sided B2C and B2B discovery platform where users can post, browse, and connect around listings. Listing post types include:
Clariqs is not a broker, agent, escrow provider, or payment processor, and is not a party to any transaction between users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You may not post content that is:
We may remove content, limit visibility, or restrict accounts at our discretion if content violates these Terms or creates risk for users or Clariqs.
Clariqs may offer free and paid plans. Viewing listings is unlimited on all plans. Differences between plans affect posting limits, contact access limits, Save Creator limits, and Mini Shop limits.
Limits apply across all post types combined (Announcement + Seeking + Looking + Flash Offer).
Notes
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply depending on location. Pricing changes will be communicated as required by law.
Clariqs does not charge commissions. Users may choose to transact or communicate outside the platform at their own risk. Clariqs is not responsible for off-platform payments, shipping, refunds, disputes, or agreements.
We do not guarantee the identity, quality, legality, or safety of any user or listing. Disputes are strictly between users. We may provide reporting tools but do not guarantee outcomes.
Clariqs may offer AI-assisted tools for drafting or improving listings. AI output is provided “as is.” You remain responsible for accuracy, legality, and compliance.

You may not:
Clariqs branding, software, and designs are owned by Clariqs or licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
Clariqs is not available in all locations. We may restrict or block access based on legal, compliance, security, or operational risk. You may not use Clariqs where prohibited by law, including trade sanctions.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required for legal or security reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clariqs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from user transactions or off-platform interactions.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in Delaware courts.
