Frequently Asked Questions
What is Clariqs?
Clariqs is a time-based B2B & B2C discovery platform. We help buyers and sellers find each other through a rotating, fair marketplace. Clariqs is discovery-only — we do not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping.
Does Clariqs sell products or process payments?
No. Clariqs is a discovery platform only. All transactions, payments, and communications happen externally between buyers and sellers. We never handle money or goods.
Does Clariqs take any commission?
No. Clariqs does not charge commission on any transaction. We are not a party to deals between users. Your sales are 100% yours.
Who is responsible for transactions?
All responsibility lies with the users involved. Clariqs connects buyers and sellers for discovery purposes only. Once users exchange contact information, any agreements, payments, shipping, refunds, or disputes are handled entirely outside Clariqs.
What does 'Claim' mean?
Clicking Claim on a Flash Offer indicates your intent to buy or interest in the listing. It is not a purchase, reservation, or commitment. Claims help sellers gauge demand — actual transactions happen externally.
Is Clariqs B2B or B2C?
Both. Clariqs supports B2C (consumer-focused) and B2B (business, wholesale, professional) listings. You can filter the feed by listing type.
Is Clariqs fair for new creators?
Yes. Because listings expire from the feed after a limited time, no seller can dominate visibility. Every creator gets equal opportunity to be seen during their feed window.
Is Clariqs available worldwide?
Clariqs is expanding globally. Local discovery uses ZIP/location matching. Global listings must be written in English to ensure fair visibility across regions. Availability may vary by country.
What information do I share when posting?
You choose what contact information to share (website, social links). Social links include your personal website or online shops such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify storefronts, and similar platforms. Buyers can reveal your contact info based on their plan limits. You control your visibility.
Where can I see plan limits and pricing?
